Skipping Stones Design Blog Hop

Its  Blog Hop and New Release day at Skipping Stones Design today...

If you arrived here from Stephanie's Blog then you are right on track.  If not and you just happened by then start at the Skipping Stones Design Blog so you don't miss a thing!

Our newest stamp set on the block this month is called Cheers!  And it is a must have for those who love the humorous SSD sets!

We also have a new challenge for you for the week using sketch #146 which we all used for our projects today.  I kept my card CAS today to match the CAS style of the sketch below:
Here's my take on the sketch using the adorable new Cheers! set.  I used part of the long border of drinks and paired that with one of the many sentiments in the set.

My papers are from echo Park's For the Record 2 Tailored collection and I colored my drinks to match using my Spectrum Noir markers.

SN Colors used:
CR6, CR5, CG3, CG2, DG3, DR5
IG2, IG1, GB1

I distressed all my papers with Tim Holtz Distress inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Worn Lipstick, and shabby Shutter.  Dies for main panel were Labels 4 & Labels 5 from Spellbinders.

I used this week's color challenge from ColourQ for my palette:

OK, now its time to start hopping again!  From here head ver to Laura's Blog!  (If you get lost head back to the SSD blog for the complete hop order)
