Superbowl Sunday with Stampendous! and Scrappy Chick Sketch Challenge



Its a full post this morning, so grab your java and start reading!  FIRST I want to tell you that 
Color Fragments are Here!!


This exciting new product can be used with any adhesive as an embellishment or mixed with embossing powder, paint, clay, resin...the possibilities are limited only by your imagination! They are available in five yummy colors for Spring and you can see them all HERE.

We'll be sneaking on to Kathryn Krieger's Scrappy Bowl Sunday USTREAM event and giving away Color Fragments throughout the Super Bowl. You can find more info about this event on her blog.




My card today features Profile Portrait, one of a new line of lovely ladies.  She was stamped in Versmark ink and embossed with new Aged Taupe Embossing Enamel.  Such a gorgeous new color!!  My background was stamped with new Calligraphy Sampler and embossed in Vintage Lilac Embossing Tinsel...my new favorite of the tinsels!


At the bottom of this panel I have used Fran's embeded Jewel technique (see video below) using Aged Ivory Embossing Enamel, Aged Taupe Embossing Enamel, Gold Halo Medium Glitter, and Taupe Color Fragments.  The edges of my cardstock were torn and distressed with Pearlescent Beige ink.

Today being Sunday, its ALSO time for the next Scrappy Chick Sunday Sketch Challenge!  I created the sketch around this card and its super easy so I would LOVE for you to play along!  You have until Friday night January 17th at 8pm to link up your creation!

    Gorgeous card and I love the look of all the new "aged" enamels! Gotta get me some!! Does the EC have them in yet? Sorry I missed your class yesterday... my car is in the shop still - the radiator had to be replaced.
