Happy birthday Rio! Betty's daughter Rio is turning 14 today so we are doing a birthday blog hop in her honor! It just happens to be preview day of the new Simply B Stamps Teen Scene Munsters Birthday Rio image (imagine that) so we all made her bday cards using the image fashioned after her :)

I was told that her favorite color is a rainbow variety and Betty wasn't kidding! After meeting Rio last week I see that she does love bright colors (check out photo below) and her personality matches! This is one of the sweetest, funniest and loving kids that I've ever met! I kept teasing her that I was going to take her home with me :)
OK, so on to the card, lol. I colored my Rio in bright pastels to match this ca-ute Sweet Love paper by Little Yellow Bicycle. I added a trio of hearts from the new Lifestyle Crafts Sweetheart Collection and also a cuppycake from Baked Goods die (also LSC).
Here's a closer look at Rio and a closer lookie loo at the cuppycake. All 6 of the new Birthday Munster images will be released this Friday at Simply B Stamps!!
And HERE is the real Rio...funny how the colors I picked 2 weeks ago are pretty darn close to the tutu she wore that day! This is me & Rio in Disneyland last week. She's my new best friend! (JK Betty and Lea, you're stil my best friends too!!)
